On 24/5/2024, our Grade 6 students from St. Hilary’s shone brightly at the High Table Dinner at Hilton Garden Inn, and it was an absolute hit! 🥳🌟 Our young stars dressed to the nines and showcased impeccable manners. 🕴💃
The night kicked off with a bang as students arrived, striking poses at the photo booth 📸 and signing the signature board 🖊. Chief Headmaster Mr. Chu officially opened the event with a heartfelt speech, followed by some etiquette pointers from Headmaster Mr. Tsang. 🍽👌
While savoring a scrumptious meal 🥗🥣🍛, students engaged in lively conversations with their friends and teachers. The highlight of the evening was the inter-class debate on The Waste Disposal (Charging for Municipal Solid Waste) in Hong Kong. 🏙🌳 Our School Board Members, Mr. Samuel Chan, Mr. Stanley Tang, and Dr. Jeffrey Pong, provided insightful feedback. 🎤👩🏫 Special mention to Mr. Stanley Tang, who shared his perspective as an architect on waste disposal.
Inspirational speeches by Headmistress Miss Ko and Headmaster Mr. Fung added the perfect touch to a memorable evening. 🌟👍
